  1. yup. except there are no corners, its large expansive areas.

  2. If you stand in the corner you will be lonely , but step away from the corner and you will no longer be lonely and see the rest of the world. Corners block us from seeing the whole beautiful world that we live in.

  3. not being familiar to the quote i will say that

i think lonelyness is an insult to ones self .there is so much in this world ,in our local neighbourhood ,to be passionate about ,there is no room for lonelyness.

  4. You are a deep one, Miss lily, and author Dean Koontz is also, with his philosophical speculations which permeate his novels.  Yes, I believe loneliness, as symbolized by "lonely corners" is pandemic in modern, industrialized societies.  The support given to fellow human beings in more primitive societies is much, much greater.

  5. It will be a lonely corner if you are looking for a lonely corner.  Your viewpoint has all to do with what you actually see.  Unfortunately some waste too much time learning this notion.

  6. Yes. Although there are crowds of people everywhere, yet each one of us is lonely in one's own way, because no one is really keen to remove anyone else's loneliness. Unless we can conquer our selfish tendencies, loneliness can not be vanquished.
