  1. You could pretty much ask "Is music bad for humans?"

    It depends on how loud the music is... The genre of music will make little difference because to them it's probably just, say, rock is louder than blues.

    Really, the answer is no. It could just make their environment uncomfortable if it's too loud.

    It'd be bad for them if you had headphones taped to their ears full volume, that'd probably give them some hearing problems :PPP Otherwise it's fine. Just like any other ambient noise.

    Some animals do like music though :D You've probably seen videos of birds and dogs etc howling/whistling/dancing to music (though some of them are very specific in the type of music they will do this to, so I guess they do have some sort of opinion on different genres xD


  2. As long as it isnt scary or blasting loud, animals usually like it.  We play the radio for my ferret when hes alone so he doesnt feel alone.  Theres also a study about music and plants.  There are theories that upbeat happy music helps them grow!
