  1. no but you should mabey consider trying to ease up on it try to stop her from crying by rocking her and when she turns two tell her she is a big girl now and have HER THROW IT OUT.

and then if she asks for it later remind her that SHE threw it out.

    hope that helps :)

  2. I'm not a pacifier fan and didn't give my dd one but if I did I would probably take it away by 4 months.

Also there is nothing wrong with your dd using it, I would just start thinking about losing it.

  3. as far as I know isnt that when most babies use one?

  4. She's soothing herself.

I just studied this in school last week. It is actually good for babies. As long as it is gone when the permanent teeth come in, it won't hurt her teeth.

  5. no it's fine... she has found something that comforts her and that is a good thing.

  6. its good to have something to love and hold but are u giving her enough attention? play with her instead of her toys soon enough she will forget about it

  7. It is perfectly fine for an 11-month-old to be 'reliant' on her dummy. Pacifiers were created for the specific purpose of soothing babies. As someone stated earlier, just try to wean off the pacifier by the time her permanent teeth start breaking through.

  8. she is still soooo young.  dont worry until she is 4 years.

  9. I am assuming her dummy is a pacifer. no she dosen't have it too much. but you might want to think about how long you want her to have it. it does get harder to take it away and people can be mean to kids they think are too old to have one.

me personally, she is a baby, she could have it all the time and it wouldn't be too much.
