  1. I would really try and make an earlier bed time...is there a reason she won't take naps? Maybe try a "quiet time", where she needs to sit/lay on her bed quietly for a like 30 mins to an hour. She may surprise you and fall right to sleep. We tried this with my niece when she refused to take naps and it worked great! I will also be trying it with mine when and if she does that.

  2. So she is only sleeping 7 hours total each day? No that is not enough. First look at her diet. Get rid of all the sugar in it. She should be taking one nap a day and getting at least 10 hour of sleep total.

  3. ok so if she has a room its best to put her in her room and lay her in her bed and take all her toys outta her room. even if she doesnt sleep its good to limit her runnin and playin for an hour or so to let her body rest. let her cry... i know people think that its the worst thing in the world to let your baby cry but please if you give your kid everything they want at a vey young age then what hope do you have when they grow older.. trust me i did this to my son when he was a year old and now he takes one 2 hour nap every day. and gets up around 9 in the AM. so take my word

  4. it should normally be like 12 hours, pls. don't go to the doctor to see if there is an adhd problem, if you suggest it... they will say yes and pump her up w/ meds. maybe thats just her body, everyones different

  5. she might have adhd u should consult a doctor but that is no where near enough sleep 4 a 2 year old it should be like from 8-8

  6. Check what you are feeding her, foods made in factories are not that good after all

  7. I don't think your daughter is getting enough sleep. I have two daughter 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 and they both go for naps during the day (usually about 1-2 hours) and they go to bed at 7pm and sleep til about 6am. They are running around all day also. I know every child is different though. My little brother when he was young barely slept so it might just be that she doesn't need as much. Ask your health visitor if your worried. x
