Is my 4280 digital concepts camera defective?

There's nothing bad in the with the way it works but on the side where it says Charger/camera it says on/off.

  1. Digital Concepts makes poor quality stuff. If it's working consider your self lucky. Treat it good as it wont take much to break it.
