Is my Black Moor Goldfish Sick?

I recently Purchased two Black Moor Goldfish from Petsmart on July 29th. And At the time I put them in the tank, they were fine for the first day. The smaller one, to this day is still very energetic, and always swimming around the tank.

Today, In the little castle thing I have in the tank, My slightly Larger Black Moor, who hasn't exactly been himself, was just laying in there as he has been around the whole tank, breathing very slowly compared to my other black moor.

I have removed him from the tank with my other black moor, and put him in a smaller bowl, with rocks and a small plant. He has eaten, but won't eat unless I physically reach in, and push him to the top of the bowl to eat.

He just lays on the bottom, barely breathing or moving. - Should I keep him in the tank for a few days, or return him to petsmart?

  1. You should ask PetSmart about it, because most likely, they won't want you to return a sick fish. Look up some things about the breed of your fish, he may be in the wrong environment or type of tank? Sorry, I don't really know muuch about fish.

    Good luck=)
