Ok this IS A SERIOUS question.

Ok this kid was talkin some s*** about my boy and his girl and alotta people. So heres the deal my boy John drove over to this kids house and they fought and John wooped this kids a**. Ok so then when this kids mom got home he told her he got in a fight and she called the cops. She told them mine and my buddy's name (we were just watchin to make sure it was a clean fight) and then johns name and where we all lived. Heres the details John is 16 the kid he beat up is 15, so both underage. And they didn't fight on anyone's property it was in the street. So are we all gonna get in trouble with the cops or what?

p.s. i live in atl so georgia law applies

thanks

  1. I don't care about your personal life, yah digg?

  2. If you were my age yes

But your a minor you can get away with most anything so NO

But don't try something like this again it is just stupid

  3. why would you do that? thats horrible! why doesnt everyone just want peace?? world peace isnt going to come with ppl like u. think about that!

  4. ur probably going to get a fine or get booked for 1 week

  5. 1 - Yes, I'd say that if police were called, that you AND your son and possibly even your "buddy" that you mentioned, are all in trouble.

#2 - Just because you haven't been arrested yet, doesn't mean you won't be.  If the other kid, or his mother, want to press charges, you WILL be arrested, I can almost guarantee that.

#3 - I'm no lawyer, but I'd guess that YOU are actually in as much trouble as, or MORE trouble than, your son is in, since you were the "responsible" adult who actually aided and abetted (IOW- you not only made the fight possible, you encouraged it, and in fact, cheered your son to victory!! Good job, Mom!)  you sons act of "Assault and Battery"

#4- This question doesn't even belong in this section.  What you and your son did is not "wrestling"; it's called being street thugs, and legally, as I said, it is "Assault and Battery" among numerous other things.

  6. you should be asking this Q in the law section

  7. for fighting someone younger than him and not trying to break it up possibley
