Is my Character a Mary sue and if so how do I save her?

Question

Her name is Katsumi. She looks like me and at school she was an outcast. When she came to konoha as a genin her teamate had a crush on her but she loved him more as a brother. He eventually died after taking a knife stab for her. She has a temper and has a tendancy to smash things when she is in a mood and finds it hard to master new jutsus. None of the boys in Konoha fancy her except Naruto who she is dating.

I have been wondering about this for a while now and it's starting to bother me.

No, a Mary Sue is perfect. You've just told me two flaws your character has, so she's human at least. I wouldn't go overboard on the fact that she looks like you, though.
