  1. I think you would need to come and live in the UK to get a british passport, she can travel on CZ passport and is entitled to live in the UK as she is a EU citizen

  2. Due to the EU enforcing a strict "freedom of workers and goods" policy your spouse can travel with you whereever providing she is either going to look for work or you can support them both. This goes for any citizen within the EU, and is why lots of eastern bloc states are wanting to join the EU. And why the British are kicking off about it.

  3. Why does she need a British passport. She is an EU citizen and so is entitled to live and work in the UK already.

  4. not right way after some time

  5. No, at the moment she is not entitled to a British passport.

If you should decide to move to Germany she can get a German passport after residing in the country for at least 8 consecutive years.

Why would she want to change her nationality? The Czech Republic is now a EU member.

  6. If you are over 18 and have been living in the United Kingdom for the last five years (or three years if you are married to or a civil partner of a British citizen) you may be able to apply for naturalisation as a British citizen.

  7. She's not entitled to a Brit passport unless you are British.
