No. I presumed you're monthly paid. Even you're paid daily, I think you're not qualified. May be you check within what regional wage board you're in. They have different minimum wage bracket.

Are you paid by the hour or on salary? If you're on salary, they don't have to pay you by the hour... hence "salary"...
