get rid of grass not and leaf storm for torterra (those are special attacks and torterra doesn't have very good special atttack).  I would but in crunch and sythesis so he can take out psychics and ghosts easier.

you may want to get rid of defog for starapator because you may not need it. But if you use it  thats good.

maybe get a different moveset for dialga because thats a lot of dragon moves...

and good job using an old schooler like blastoise. Nice moveset and such.
