Is my TV high def?

Its a Sylvania 20 inch LCD tv with the High Def inputs on the side (green, blue, purple). I play my xbox 360 games in high def on it. Can I get a Time Warner High Def Cable box for it?

No, your TV is not HD. It is downconverting the incoming 1080i signal to 480p. 480p is not HD. You can still feed it 1080i, so you can get an HD cable box for it. But you won't be seeing HD until you upgrade your TV.
