Is my aunt trying to set me up with her son?

Question

I think I have a crush on my second cousin, and I think his mum is trying to get me and him together, even though she hasn't got a clue about the crush.

However, I'm not fond of his mum after all the hints she's giving me. Whenever she's around me all she talks about is him. Me and him are very alike in almost everything, and she say's time and time again "Come down to my house some time and see _________". I actually remember my mum speaking to his mum, and my mum happened to say "Your son and my daughter would suit each other", and she was delighted, but then my mum is very proper when it comes to relationships so then she said "They are cousins, and can never ever be together". So that was that.

And ever since that, his mum say's "Only the blood line is so close, you could take him from me"

What should I do, and am I right in assuming she is trying to get me attracted to him, even though I am a little, but not too much.
