Is my ball python just shedding?

she is all wrinkley and dull looks awful and she feels really dry is sh just shedding or what

she is most likely shedding but check if her eyes are dull and greyish and her belly is pinkish then shes just sheddding if she is shedding relax but try not to handel her until after shes finished shedding. also make sure there are logs for her to scratch on and make sure humidity is high enough.

If her skin is dull and/or peeling off then yes but if she is wrinkly and it's not her shed then she may be dehydrated. either way it is a good idea to keep a bowl of clean water in her cage and mist her a few times a day.

Make sure her temps are set right. the tank should be in between 80-85 degrees and have a basking spot like a heat lamp, and it should be around 90 degrees under the lamp and at night when you turn the lamp off the cage should be around 70-75 degrees if it gets to cold at night I would suggest an under the tank heating pad that you can stick to the outside of the tank. If the humidity is below 60% it's to low and it should be slightly higher while she is shedding.

I had one and yes sounds like shedding to me ,here is some helpful tips fix you a bottle of warm squirt water and 3 times a day mist your pet .It will help with the shedding .Usually they dint eat well when shedding,Do you have a rock in there for it to slide its body against to help remove the dead skin?

yes,

i might not have one but my cousins are experts.  just spray it with warm mist water and put a mossy rock for them to rub on.  the skin must come off in about one to three pieces.  if it looks like it will not it is a good idea to help it shed its skin.  after YOU do it, it will not eat its skin so remove or let insects like big crickets get rid of it before it rots.  for more info contact me at [e-mail]

Yes there belly turns pink,there eyes get bluish,they get grayist colored etc.
