Is my best buy extended warrenty still cover me?

I dropped my laptop and it broke, I took it to best buy and they sent it out to get repaired. I read online from an employee once you use your accident then that part of the warranty isn't good anymore however after asking 5 employees on the phone, one said they don't think so, one said they think so, and 3 said yes. Sooo what is it?

If you have the accidental that covers an accidental breakage ONCE. You will still have the rest of your warrenty to cover normal wear and tear and stuff like that.

You can basically use your warranty to it's full extent.. as long as you don't tell them you dropped it or something.. just as long as they think it's normal wear and tear
