Is my blood pressure too high?

I'm 16 years old, and my blood pressure is typically 136 systolic value, and 78 diastolic. Is this too high?

No thats a good blood pressure I really wouldnt worry about it if I was you.  If it gets any higher you should see your doctor if you are concerned.

Eat less animal fat like meat, eggs, cheese & ice cream.

Hi you're fine normally it's 120/80 and you look at the diastolic pressure that's the indicator
