  1. DH has that type of BP and the Dr. is ecstatic at how low his is.

As long as you don't have positional hypotension --- stand up,

fall down; get faint at odd times; or feel generally run down,

    I'd say you're okay.

The medical societies have been lowering the "normal" for

BP, cholesterol, and blood sugar lately, noticed by me, and

friends and neighbors. Actual science, or the pharmaceutical

companies want more patients? Not sure.

  2. actually i think that is about normal.. so you dont have to worry:).

  3. you should get enough sleep and eat healthy foods.

  4. That is probably on the low side of normal.

  5. Its low, but mine runs the same and my doctor has never been concerned. Do you get weak spells/dizziness/pass out?

  6. its a bit low but mine is to. mine is 90/80. they say it should be 120/90 but if it goes to low you should let your doctor no. betty.

  7. Those maybe completely normal blood pressures for you.  If you are having dizziness or lightheadedness with the associated Blood Pressure then it maybe too low.  120/80 is the average normal which mean some people will run higher and some will run lower.

  8. it is a little low, i think normal is around 120/80

  9. it really depends on the person...usually the norm for most people is 120/80 but if you usually have these bp findings then it might be your personal norm..but if it really worries you, go to your dr.
