Is my body considered hourglass????

my measurements are 34-24-31

Do i have the hourglass figure?

I asked my mom if i look hourglass and she said a little bit, but not really. But are my measurements considered hourglass?

To be an hourglass your chest and hips need to be the same or within an inch of each other and your waist needs to be about 12 inches smaller than them.

Why does it matter?
