Is my body type ok for now ? ?

I am on a mission lolz ..a mission to become healthier (yes loose some weight but also do it by being healthy) right now I am 5'4 , I weight around 125 ...8/10 in pants , medium in most shirts (varies) ,

34 b , But like I am unhappy with the way I am right now ..so I want to loose weight ..BUT I don't want to get sick doing it ..I want to do it in a healthy way like eating better and exercising more . My friends say I am not fat and I don't need to but still I feel like I need to do this like I owe it to myself to be all I can be ...idk I except myself to be perfect I guess .   2. first of all your friends are right, you are not fat..... however i do commend you effort to become healthy! i think everyone should exercise whether they are fat or not.  people forget that body fat is not the only kind of fat... there is also blood fat and organ fat... both of which are killers.  so there have been many case of thin people who have died from the other two kinds of fat.

  3. I really dont think that you need to loose weight, but if you feel lke you have to like you said eat healthier and exersise more, but dont overwork yourself

  4. Your body type looks great! No worries :) You don't need to lose a pound! But if you really feel you need to, don't lose anymore than 10. And do it healthy, like you said you will :) Good luck!
