I am on a mission lolz ..a mission to become healthier (yes loose some weight but also do it by being healthy) right now I am 5'4 , I weight around 125 ...8/10 in pants , medium in most shirts (varies) ,
34 b , But like I am unhappy with the way I am right now ..so I want to loose weight ..BUT I don't want to get sick doing it ..I want to do it in a healthy way like eating better and exercising more . My friends say I am not fat and I don't need to but still I feel like I need to do this like I owe it to myself to be all I can be ...idk I except myself to be perfect I guess .
