  1. It sounds like snuffles to me too. Check the insides of the rabbits paws to see if they are matted thats a sure sign of snuffles. Its not that serious if you treat it quickly. Try to find teramyacin powder(its yellow). Most large animal feed stores carry it or you can use a product called vet rx but teramyacin is better. Mix it into its water 1 tbs per gallon and it should clear it up.

  2. sometimes my sneezes. but not often. if it continues take him to the vet.

  3. First of all, even though keeping them outside is an option, most rabbits are healthier, happier and live longer if they live indoors.

Secondly, your rabbit might have "Snuffles".

Pasteurella, also known as Snuffles, is a common and dangerous infection for rabbits. It is common because the organism that triggers is it something most rabbits get exposed to at some point in their lives. It is nicknamed snuffles because it causes runny discharge from the nose.

Other infections may be indicated if your rabbit has runny or watery discharge from the eyes or nose. Coughing is a rare symptom, so if you hear it, call your vet. Also, if your rabbit seems hotter than usual, that can signal infection.

Vets can often prescribe antibiotics that will wipe out the bacteria that caused the infection in the first place.

God Bless & I hope your rabbit feels much much better!  :)
