Is my camera fixable?

i dropped my camera in the dirt when i was camping and it hit a rock. the screen is blank with a huge shadow and crack on it. is it fixable?

Anything is fixable - the question is whether it will make sense to fix it or replace it - which way costs more?

well the camera screen is definetly broken. try and turn it on, and take some pictures. then plug it into the computer and see if the pictures show up. if so then all you have to do is send it in for repair to the manufactuer.. youll have to pay for it being fixed, but you have to know if its worth it. i mean if they want half what you paid for the camera then thats just a rip off.
