Is my car drivable? oil gage faulty?

MY Porsche 911 on board computer says that Oil Temperature gage faulty. What exactly is that? Is the car drivable or is there a chance that it will overheat and cause engine troubles?

  1. you can drive it but you take the chance.


  2. It means your oil temperature gauge is faulty. Car is driveable but you will not know if the car is overheating get gauge repaired asap.

  3. it is drivable but why would you wanna take chances with a high end sports car?, in the end you'd wish you'd have seen through this matter through a lot earlier, take my advice, in fact any sane Porsche owner and enthusiast like my self would suggest you get it fixed right away,
