This problem is kinda psychological I guess. But here is the story I have a 2007 Jetta. I bought it brand new in June of 07. I was in an accident in July 07 (sideswiped) no injuries, and not too much damage. The in October 07 I was T-boned by an 88yr old man who ran a stop sign. Injuries only from the airbag which consisted of sore throat, bruising and swelling on neck from airbag impact, and hyperextended elbow. Damages to my car consisted of door smashed, front left tire blown and some fender work. I was going 20 and he was going an estimated 55 in a toyota avalon. Some say I am lucky to be alive. Then in May 08 a girl pulled out in front of me and clipped my front right side. Minor damage, consisting of a fingernail sized scratch on front side panel. Then today July '08. I was Tbone when someone ran a red light. NO DAMAGE AT ALL. she was going atleast 50. So is there an angel looking over me? Is my car a tank? Do I have terrible luck? Should I keep my car or trade it in

  1. Just get another car.

  2. Get another car, I had a 68 Turino that was the same way I finally got rid of it when I picked it up from the body shop drove home and parked it, got up and it was in the middle  of the yard where a drunk pushed with his car. Like 7 times in two years sold it. I have been hit like 3 times since. That was in 1972 . People think I am crazy but that car was cursed

  3. sorry, not enough information.

But one thing I know:  it's you, not the car.  And it's no coincidence.

What changes did you experience in the first half of '07?

For some reason you've been unwittingly putting yourself in jeopardy.

    I suggest counselling.

  4. sounds to me like you just need to be more careful while driving.
