Question:

Is my cat due to have her kittens soon?

My cat is about, i don't know , 9 weeks pregnant. But all she is doing is lounging around in on the corner edge of the lounge. Yesterday afternoon and night she had a couple contractions but nothing happened later on in the night. I she ok? Oh this is her first litter on kittens and she is 3 yrs old. Anyway , i'm just worried that her laying on the corner of the lounge will hurt her babies really badly.

Can you please help me.

  1. no it wont because cats usually choose a place where none can find them easily so its her choice ,shes the boss

  2. IF YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PREGNANT CATS THEN WHY DID U LET HER GT PREGNANT?

  3. Make a nest for her in a quiet corner of the home, either under the sofa or in a quiet closet. Put a laundry type basket or a paper box with some towels that you can throw away (or wash) and put the cat in it. You do have an indoor only cat, right?

Then the queen can start getting ready for her new family in peace and quiet.

  4. She should be having them any day now.  Did you set up a spot for her?  Did you take her to the vet to check her health?
