Question:

Is my cat going to be a large cat?

He was born in febuary which makes him 5 months old now.. he is 7 pounds.. His mom was a small sized calico and his dad was a stray black cat.. my cat is a tabby orange.. he eats the kitten science diet and i feed him what it says to daily.. he is not fat at all and he gets plenty excersize playing with the dogs everyday.. i heard that they are saposed to be a pound per month of age so i was waundering since he is not overwieght is he just going to be a big cat??

also.. he is nuetered.

  1. It is so hard to predict size, I have seen runts of the litter turn out to be huge and good size ones grow up to be average.

No, he'll be normal.  At about 5 months he is almost at adult size.  My cats are 14 pounds each.  I'm guessing he won't be more than 10, and that's a pretty healthy and normal weight.  Although, if he's not fixed or if you don't plan on getting him fixed, he will likely be a lot bigger.  Not overweight, but stocky.
