Is my cat sick????????

shes acting weird...her fur/skin looks a little off/weird...shes very sleepy and like i can touch her etc and she wont really open her eyes or move away like usual or stand up for me to pet her...everytime i pet her or her brother cleans her she makes this very quite sound, its similar to the sound of an upset stomach squeal/groan but from her mouth and a little high pitched....her eyes look a little off as well....is she sick?

Hi there... in all honesty, without being able to physically examine your kitty it would be difficult to give you an accurate answer to your question.  However, it does appear that your cat is presenting symptoms that most likely warrants a visit to your veterinary as soon as possible.
