Is my child molesting or just curious?

My daughter is 13 and my granddaughter who is almost 7 and has been staying with us over the summer and I just found out they have been "touching each other" I am beside myself I don't know what to do I have thrown up and can't stop crying my husband doesn't get home for another 3 more hours and I can't get a hold of my son and my mother has past away. My daughter has ADD and is a slow learner and I have been yelling and crying she says "Lisa" (7 year old) keeps touching her I said your 13 you know better you know thats bad and Lisa says "Marcy" touches her. I can barely think straight I don't know what to do I know girls this age (13) are curious but I just don't know. What should I do?

I would sit them down and have a talk with them about appropriate touching and then sit down with your 13 yr old separately and have a serious talk about s*x and molestatation and conduct with her friends.

Seperate them. Don't let them touch eachother and when your husband gets home tell him immediately. Also, tell the mother of the granddaughter about this. That is gross by the way.
