I have an 81 average at a prestigious school (all classes are college prep (honors level or higher at an area public school), although we still offer honors and AP courses.

I have not taken any honors course, and my first AP course will be this (my senior) year, but I have taken 2 courses at the university of Maryland, getting a 4.0 in both, and 6 college credits

My SAT scores are

CR: 680

M: 590

W:560

and I am applying to

Boston U

Eckerd C

Miami U (Oxford, Ohio)

Northeastern U

Ohio State U, Columbus

U Arizona

U Maryland, College Park

U Miami

I am a Maryland Resident

  1. If you don't mind paying the applications fees, send them to every school on the list and see what you get back. All they can say is "no". Good luck to ya bro.

  2. I agree that you should onl pick 5. I think you will get into all of them but Boston is a bit of a reach and so is U Maryland. Boston is alot more tho of a reach. Good Luck!

  3. I'd narrow it down a bit more. Finalize it to five because application fee's will get you. Then focus on the program you want to participate in. (sci, english...etc). Then if you can, arrange some visits.

Kepp U of A on the list :)

  4. almost anyone can get into northeastern. i know BU is fairly easy to get into as well and you should not have a problem. dont know about the other schools. 81 is not the greatest GPA so good luck
