Is my computer 5.1 surround sound compatible?

Question

i have a 5.1 surround sound system made for computers setup for my T.V. and it sounds like a dream. The signal is coming from a 2 seperate audio jacks, how could it be that its coming only from two jacks and it sounds so great? Does that mean that if i set it up for my computer it will sound the same? When i go to sound settings it allows me to setup for 5.1 even 7.1!

if your computer has 2 audio input ports then u can conncet 5.1speakers.

in case it doesnt you can get a usb sound card which will be able to play 5.1 or 7.1 speakers
