Is my computer getting hacked?

Question

my internet keeps saying don't browse w/o protection then it says i have to pay. So i want it to stop doing that because it's hard to be on the internet now.Spybot:search and destroy fixed my problems but windows keeps popping up sayin stuff like "threat detected" or warning infections found.How do i stop this and keep my computer running smoothly.Am i getting hacked or something? HELP OR MY PARENTS WILL KILL ME!!!!!

re format you hard drive with the restore disk then keep it off the internet for at least week
