Is my dad doing this because he's high or is he just being mean?

I'm 14 and my dads high right now and I dont care about that but hes saying all this mean stuff like blah blah you need to come run with me you're so out of shape schools starting soon do you really want to go to a new school looking like that. I'm crying right now. I'm SO self concious of my weight and he knows that so would he do this to me?

I'm 5'3 109lbs and in the past 1-2 months i've lost like 14lbs bc i was getting chunky but I guess I'm still fat!!! WTF. godddd and I was eating when he said to me. my fat *** should just go purge it back up:(:(
