Is my diet healthy? Im 14?

All I eat 10 peanut butter jelly sandwiths a day and have one high protein TV dinner and ands sometimes cereal . Is that healthy

    man were are your fruits and veges if your active you won't put on weight but if your not those carbs are going to go to your gut.  Can't stress the importance of veges - shake your diet up

  3. Even though i love the fact that you enjoy your pb and j no that is not wise. Try not to eat the processed foods. Get some fresh meats, vegetables and some carbs. Big meals early in the day light ones later in the day. Eat frequently with smaller portion sizes. Peanut butter usually has a lot of sugar and fat,  jam lots of sugar, tv dinner wrong kind of carbs and fat and sugar, cereal depending on the type, fat and sugar. But never completely cut out the PB and J that would be like smacking baby jesus in the face.

  4. No your diet is not healthy. You need some roughage in there ie vegetables and better quality fiber. Plus be careful too much protein and not just from red meat can give you colon problems down the line.
