Is my diet okay,will I lose alot of weight?

I only eat (healthy food) breakfast,lunch,dinner,2 snacks, and drink water whenever I'm thirsty in one day.

Also I exercise everyday.

  1. sounds great. Just make sure you drink a lot of water...not just when you are thirsty. ANDDDD...dont eat after like 7pm.
