Is my dog just mad or is there somethin wrong with her?

I recently got a new puppy and maybe within 3 weeks after getting him my first dog started peeing everywhere and she always did it whenever anyone did something with the puppy..My mom thinks she's just jealous of the puppy but I'm worried that their might be something wrong with her.

its because your dog is marking its territory like when you walk your dog and it pees whrever it smells another dog or other animal has been there

Your older dog is probably intimidated by the new one, and is trying to show his/her dominance. Either that, or he/she smells the new dog's scent and is trying to replace it with his/her own. Do they get along?

I would call your vet just in case. She might have a bladder infection, a UTI. That's very strange to urinate all over if it was jealousy. Normally when dogs get jealous, they try to bring you a toy or get in your face or growl at the puppy, not pee everywhere. JUST to be safe, I would have her checked out, as you know UTI's can be extremely painful!

Jealousy and anger are human emotions that a dog does not have.

Your dog is likely trying to establish territory and dominance over the new puppy is all.
