Is my exercise plan good enough to lose enough weight?

I'm 5'2 and 105lbs. I need to lose some more weight. How long will it take me to lose 10lbs by jogging a mile a day? Any other exercise tips?

  5. try doing it by time instead of distance, aim for 45 minutes a day of high intensity cardio ...

    something like swimming, boxing, gymnastics, or kick-box aerobics requires strength, stability, and coordination of multiple muscle groups at the same time ...  they burn double or more calories per hour than jogging and will tone and define your muscles/body and tighten and trim your waistline at the same time ...

    also, don't skip breakfast, don't exercise before you start your daily caloric intake, and try not to eat after 7pm ...  be sure to get plenty of sleep and water ...

    if possible, reduce dairy (take a calcium supplement if you want), refined sugar, and refines carbs like white flour/white bread ...  these tend to be the biggest culprits when people try to lose weight ...
