Is my eye infection anything serious?

I've had bloodshot eyes for awhile now. I've recently got eye drops from the doctor and it went down alittle but its still here. I have to get more drops and do 3 more days of drops the doctor said. But do you think it's anything serious?

I have bloodshot eyes and sometimes my eyes hurt alittle sometimes.My vision is the same i think, I always have blurry vision I wear glasses. I have no discharge from the eyes or anything. What do you think it is?

Any eye infection is serious. As long as there is no blurry vision - meaning no swelling of the eye/corneas and no discharge - that's all good signs. Keep up the drops as recommended. If there is no improvement - see an opthamologist.
