Is my female betta ready to spawn?

Question

she is in a chimney in a 5.5 gallon tank with the male everything is prepared in case she spawns which i hope she does . i have a 33 gallon tank for the fry but she is not seeming interested when the male flares at her she runs away most of the time but sometimes she watches him flaring she gets horizontal lines sometimes and sometimes very VERY faint vertical lines her white dot is also sticking out ALOT im not sure if shes ready to spawn wat do you think?

and also the male had made a huge bubble nest in his jar but when i moved him to the breeding tank he stop he has only blown a few bubbles seems like hes discouraged is there any way to encourage him to make the bubble nest?

and i have conditioned them for 2 weeks

i do believe so. that is very cool. i think she is but if you are not sure, you should go to petco and ask.
