Is my fiance pregnant?

my fiance took a pregnancy test( the walmart equate brand) and after 3 minutes it show a dark vertical line and a faint horizontal line, so we went back and bought the E.P.T brand that had 2 testes, we took one again, and the same results then, the next morning she took the other one and this one was the same but the horizontal was more visable, she is prego rite?? cause some people say that some can shoe false positives

i dont want it to be false cause we are looking forward to be parents

I think congrats are in order ;-)

home tests are more likely to be false negative than false positive -that's very rare.

Time for her to make an appointment with her doctor and get the whole baby ball rolling

Positives are usually always right. The negatives are the ones that are wrong more often. So congrats!!!

Sounds like a positive to me.  False positives aren't very common.  Congratulations!

Congratulations! You two are expecting a baby! Very rarely do you get false positives, it picks up the HCG hormone a women has when she is pregnant. Don't worry about taking soo many test I did with all three of mine esp. this last one b/c he was a total surprise! I took like 8 all different brands & they all said pregnant!

False positives are rare.

There is no such thing as a false positive on a pregnancy test - it will only show positive if the hormone is present to detect it - the more hormone in the system the darker the line will be hence it showed darker on the last test - And with 3 positive tests I think you can be pretty sure she's pregnant!  Congratulations.
