Is my friend going to jail?

my friend is 15 amd he was talking to this girl on-line she told him she was 15 then they talked they got more intamit then idk really wat happend then she wanted a pic of his u no what to her then the next day the mom emailed him saying something like she ten i was cheacking her email and never talk to him agean u pig and im reporting stuff like that wats the most that can happen whit my friend

I suppose as long as they didn't meet in person he's in the clear but just in case I don't think your friend should send any more pictures of his inappropriate body parts to young girls.  If he continues to do things like this later on in life he could very well have worse consequences.

If she lied about her age then I don't think he can get in trouble.  

She's just being a () because she caught her kid lying...

She or he :S will get a warning...

And if it happens when they are older placed on the s*x offenders list..
