I'm kinda jeolous of my friend . We just finished buyig coffiee and we were entering her car then a guy out of nowhere knocks on the door. She pullled the window and he told her "Hi my name is Robert and I just wanted to say that you are very beautiful. I just saw you pass by me and I just wanted to tell You that" I was stunned because who does that ?! Well, IDK i'm just wondering because she just blossemed all of sudden. What do you all think of this?

Your friend could have just looked great that day. I had that happen to me a couple times. I was walking out of a gas station and I was even with my b/f when this guy came to my car and told me i was pretty. And another time this guy waited for me to walk out of a gas station just to tell me the same thing. But I could have been smiling and when you smile a lot people tend to open up and give compliments becuase you look friendly.

I think you should just laugh it off. She's your F-R-I-E-N-D. And besides, don't get your skirt in a knot! Just because some random guy was saying that she was beautiful, doesn't mean he's her special man! Wouldn't you rather run into your special man rather than bumping into a random guy? Beside, I'm sure you're just as pretty as her :] Just don't let it get to your head.

I think that Robert is a little desperate for a date and you are overthinking things. me and my friends are told that all that all the time. And we all just shrug it off. it's a weird form of flattery.
