Is my friend normal?

everytime i go to her house she makes me put a leash on her then she will sit in her front yard and when people walk by she barks at them and when i try to grab her she bites me and growls.she even tells everyone to call her sparky MCspark spark.i dont know what to do

wow. either she thinks she really needs attention or she's just crazy. I would talk to her parents and see if she is like this all the time. Then tell her that people aren't giving her the good type of attention. good luck!

I guess she is a bit weird, I think u should ask her to stop this, and if she doesnt, tell her parents, if its serious then she may need medical help.
