Is my geck-o preg-o????

my female leopard gecko is bout a year old and shes really fat bout a month ago she bite off the males tail and my bfs mom said she might be pregnant i put a nesting box thing in her cage and she happily climbed right in and stayed there for at lest 5 hours and she has a pink blouch on either side of her stomache is she expecting or just fat?
