Well, any answer you get to this would be an opinion.

That said, in my opinion, it's seems a bit odd to use a four syllable word in the last line of a haiku.

I'm not a fan of haiku; and I don't understand your point in this one.  I also believe you mispelled the last word, but you might have done that on purpose, to be clever, I guess.

I have to admit that I don't find much enjoyment in this.

Necessary pedantry: This is more of a senryu than a haiku. "Senryū tend to be about human foibles while haiku tend to be about nature, and senryū are often cynical or darkly humorous while haiku are more serious," says wikipedia.

Aside from that, it's clever! And haha at the above "you spelled ostentatious wrong." I see what you did there.
