Is my hair healthy? (pics)?

heyy everyone =]

I was just wondering if my hair looks healthy? i try really hard to take care of it, although i refuse to cut because i want to grow it out (i do look for splits often and trim them myself though). also, do you find the color of it pretty?

i kinda wanted to dye it a few shades darker (at home) before my senior pics this friday, but i'm a little too scared that i might s***w it up and end up hating the pictures...so yeah lol. just wondering if other people think my hair looks healthy. my mom says she thinks my hair is soft and nice and all that other junk moms are required to say (haha) but for some reason it always looks gross to me. like, ratty. i dunno, am i delusional?

It Looks Pretty Healhy To Me You Should Have A Hair Stylist Do it Darker But If You Do i Would Get A Little Tan Cuz Other Wise You Would Looked Washed Out =]] Good Luck :p

i think it looks healthy, very shiny so thats good. if you want to make sure just condition your hair so it adds moiture and reduces frizz

I agree with a previous answer that you should take a couple of inches off of it, just to spruce it up a bit. It does look healthy and you have wonderful shine. I don't recommend coloring it dark all over. Some lowlights from your occipital bone (the back of your head that sticks out the most) down would look great! You wouldn't want to color it dark all over, then hate it before your pictures are taken. You'd be upset for a long time.

I think its a really pretty colour, and looks healthy and natural. I dont think you should dye it because usually when people look back at those kind of pix there like, "What was I thinking??"

i would go a few shades darker if i were you!! i am naturally blonde and i dyed my hair brown and i LOVE it, and if you take care of it then it won't be too damaged at all!

No its great. Its a great color, cut everything. If you want to give it a little change thats fine too. But if you color and cut it from now it would look gross and nasty! Its going to mess up your hair. It looks great now leave it. Good Luck! =)

If you came into the salon and asked me, id probably say you should cut off 3 inches or so, but it doensnt look too bad for hair of that length. Coloring your hair dark won't do much to damage it - it's lightener that you need to be careful of. If you want dark in your hair, but arent sure, Put some chunky dark lowlights in there. Would look awesome with your cut.

i think it looks good. it doesnt look frizzy or anything and i love the color!!! i dont think u should dye it but that is my opinion i would love to have that hair color.
