Is my hamster albino?

Question

Okay, my hamster is gray and he has a white band around his neck. And his eyes are red. I know albinos are supposed to be all white and red eyes, but my hamster is different. Is he still considered albino?

its not albino because an albino hamster is supposed all white

Actually albinos come in many different shades and patterns, so I would say he is definitley albino based on this picture.
