  1. Well naturally hamsters dig burrows. When she goes under the bedding it kind of makes her feel like shes in her natural habitat, nice and snug. She's probably not cold. It takes a lot to make they cold and if they do get cold its most likely in the winter. Their fur and their fat keeps them nice and warm, also being under the bedding. Your hamster may just feel comfortable like that. She's probably not cold, if you really think she is, try adding more bedding to the cage so she can dig around more and be warmer, thats what I do with my hamsters in the winter.

  2. Is she by a window or some thing. If she isn't you can buy a heater to go under the cage. Give her more bedding. Once you do all of this take her to the vet. I hope you have good luck!  :]-

  3. is she by a window or something??? or a radiator. if i were u think about the location of the cage, why would she be cold? and put more bedding in to make is all cosy for her, the good thing she is eating and drinking, im sure it is normal. if she keeps shaking take her to the vets because she might have a deficiency - lack of vitamins maybe?

  5. she probably is cold. put a blanket over her cage whiel she sleeps and put a blanket over her cage if her cage is by or under a vent. and add more bedding.

  6. hamsters do sleep lots and lots :P they are nocturnal! from your description shes not cold, hamsters like to hide away when theres sleeping and the shaking might have something to do with a vitamin definancy. good luck.

  7. What is her cage near?  Is she near something like a window that could let in a breeze to her cage?  If you think she is cold, put more bedding in her cage to let her snuggle up in it.  Since you said she was eating and drinking, it should just be something normal.  If she keeps shaking non-stop, then take her to the vet.  I hope this helps.
