Is my hamster okay? Is this normal?

Every time I wash Lassie's (My hamster's name...I later found out it was a dogs name....) cage, I put her in a bucket. She would p**p and sometimes vomit all over the bucket. Is she okay? Is this normal?

No, it's not good.  Especially the vomit.  Unless of course she's just emptying her pouches, but if it's real vomit then Lassie is stressed out.  If the p**p is just normal pellets and not liquid it's ok, but liquid is a sign of wet tail.

This is not good! Is her p**p normal or is it liquidity? If its liquidity then she has wet tail. The vomit is a sign of being stressed out. Moving her into an closed bucket can be very stressful. Try moving her to something different like a bath tub. Wipe down the bath tub and put a towel over the drain. Its more open, more room, abd more exersize.
