Is my hover board gonna work?

   sounds like it is coming along you will need a compressor/motor and a inner and outer bladder a relief valve and some safety guards/ system
   
   without the bags you will need a signiftley larger motor like a rotary or motorcycle engine capiable of some major rpm's to spin those counter acting blades and then a directional (rudder like) system under it for the directional controls
   
   you may want to consider placing the engine in the middle between the two blades. This way you and the engine are in the center of the board for even weight distribution

   Lift = Thrust - (Drag + Weight). I don't think it's getting off the ground unless you have some really serious power! If you could it would be so uncontrollable that you would make a nice crater in the ground!
