They have custody of her. The mother has not been involved for many years. We are currently fighting for custody of her. Tonight the aunts mom sends my husband some messages asking if he really wants her she is going to drop her off in the morning and she wants us to file for emergency custody. That she will go against whatever the aunt says (they live in the same house). She also said she didn't want me to call her and talk to her about it. Well ofcourse he wants her to live here and he told her that. He called and asked what was going on. The only reason she gave was that his daughters mom told the aunt that he was not really his. Well this came as no surprise to him he already knew that. The mom had also told the aunt this when she first got custody of her. We are not sure if she has recently been in contact with her or not. However this does not add up...We think he is being set up. What should we do to protectt everyone involved (mostly his daughter and my husband)?

  1. here is what you do....

GET OFF YOUR BEHIND AND GET A LAWYER AND QUIT PLAYING GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... if you want the chid get this ball rolling and stop all the rest of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. If they drop her off there I don't think they can say you did anything wrong. Call the division of family services ASAP.

  3. hmm... I would suggest calling the cops before hand to let them know that his ex might be trying to set him up to try to get full custody of his daughter, and possibly having one come to be a witness for when his daughter going to be dropped off.
