Question:

Is my iPod completely useless now?

Right, so I posted a question a couple hours ago and got a crappy response...but now I have a new problem.

Okay, first things first. I dropped my iPod earlier today and the screen turned white and only stayed white. So I let the battery die. I've been trying to charge it up and see if it will play a song on a doc while it's charging and then tried hooking it up to both my computers-- A PC and a Mac--, but whenever I hook it up to power, the screen is just white and doesn't do anything except make funny noises.

Should I just forget about my iPod and get a new one? Or is there some way of fixing it? I've tried resetting, and to no avail. I'm so ticked off. I've invested so much money into this.

PLEASE help! And please don't recommend sites that give stuff away as I don't want my e-mail to be flooded with spam and viruses.

Thank you SOOOOOO much in advanced.

  1. Best thing : Contact apple or a service center.

These things are usually too small to fix yourself.

Maybe they know a trick that can fix it - but it sounds like you`ll be needing a new one soon.
